I got dressed and went on to work and called Dr. W's office. Nurse called me back and said to come on in. Dr. met me in the hall and checked my BP which was 150/90 and check my urine which showed large protein. I had just had a check up a week before and everything was great. We went into a room and he told me he was putting me in the hospital for eval and bed rest for the rest of the pregnancy... to make long story short, I went and stayed over night in WP, had ultrasound, blood work, 24 hour urine, and monitoring of Brody. Most everything was normal, my 24 hour urine showed 2.4 grams of protein, if it was over 4 then things would have been done different, but thankfully it was ok. US and everything with Brody looked good. I was given 2 steriod shots for Brody's lung development in case of an early arrival. Dr. W discharged me on Thursday with bedrest (NO WORK).

The last picture of me pregnant

Remind you, we had nursery furniture ordered, but that was it, didn't have room cleaned out, didn't have anything for Brody, basically, we had nothing nor had we done anything to prepare for Brody
I stayed on the couch and in the bed over the weekend. We had friends and family that came over and moved furniture out, cleaned house, painted the nursery, put in ceiling fan, put together furniture, mowed yard, and many other things. I did very well stayed put and not doing anything which was very hard not getting to do anything, but I knew we had to do what was best for Brody.

On Monday morning I had a follow up appt with Dr. W. I didn't sleep well on Sunday night and got up that morning feeling terrible. When I got to his office and my BP was checked it was high, Dr. came in and checked and got 190/130 so back to the hospital I go.

Just to keep this post from being any longer than it is going to be, I will summerize the next few weeks that went by.

We had 24 hour urine done which was normal and stayed normal for a few weeks. We did ultrasounds every few days which for the most part were normal, added on new BP meds which helped, and I was hooked up to monitor daily to check Brody. The first week or so in the hospital the monitor strips looked normal and wasn't much change with Brody.

We started having daily ultrasounds done to monitor the blood flow through cord, check the placenta, check blood flow through brain, and just to check on Brody's growth.

The last few days while in the hospital Brody started having some heart rate drops while on the monitor and was growing any.

September 15th started out as a normal morning, Jason left going to work and Mamaw came to sit with me. I felt good. The ultrasound tech got me for US and everything looked good there, mamaw left before lunch and nurse came into hook me up to monitor around 10:30. Well, 11:30 comes around and my lunch is waiting on me, the nurse would usually come and unhook me from the monitor for the day, well this day was different. Nurse came in and just turned the volume on the monitor down and told me to eat lunch then lay back down, at this point, I knew something was wrong. I tried not to worry b/c with worry came elevated blood pressure. I had noticed a few heart rate drops on the monitor, but didn't seem like anymore than what he had been having. Around 12:30 Dr. Whittle came in with nurse and sat down and looked very serious, he told me the baby was having too many heart rate drops and there had been some changes on my ultrasound that morning and my 24 hour urine the day prior was extremly high (13 grams) and that we just couldn't put this off any longer. Remind you, I am by myself getting this shock, Dr. W told me not to eat or drink anymore b/c I needed to be NPO for section. He left out of room to call Tueplo and get everything ready for my d/c from there and my transfer and admission to Tupelo (reason for going to Tupelo was b/c of NICU unit which Brody would have to be in).

I call Jason at school and he just happened to be passing by the office when I called. I explained to him what was happening and he said he would be right there. Other phone calls were made and next thing I know, my mom and Jason are there packing our stuff up, which was a lot d/t a 3 week stay. Within no time the ambulance was there to pick me up for the ride to Tupelo. Thankful for wonderful paramedic who talked and kept me entertained and kept my mind off what was about to happen. I was in total shock, wasn't able to cry or get excited, just mostly scared for my sons life.

Once arriving in Tupelo the admission stuff and pre-op stuff was started, including IV and the much dreaded CATHETER, this was the worse part of it all. I couldn't wait for my spinal so I didn't have to feel it. It was terrible and hurt SO BAD! Then Dr. P came in and went over Dr. W notes and introduced herself and said it was time. After being prepped I said goodbye to my family and was wheeled into the operation room.

Before heading to operating room

I was introduced to many nurses, anesthesiologists, the neonatologist and his staff. I was given the option to have a spinal or to be put to sleep and chose the spinal, was told as soon as it was ready that Jason would be brought in and the birth of our son would take place shortly after. I was in the OR at 5:00 exactly and was told we should be welcoming our son within 15 mins or so. Well things didn't go quite as planned. For some unknown reason, the anesthesiologist had problems getting my spinal to take, after 5 trys they told me one my try then I would have to be put to sleep, the Lord was with us and the 6th and final try worked!! Now it is about 5:45 and Jason comes in, I don't think I have ever been as happy to see him in all my life, and everything gets started and very quickly I might add. After just minutes I hear Dr. P say stand up dad and Jason stood just in time to see Brody being pulled out, and then the I heard the sweetest sound I had ever heard, Brody crying!! They took Brody to a little area next to where I was and was working on him and he was crying and was crying loudly and it was music to my ears!! The nurse then brought Brody over for me to see and he was just perfect. Then Jason left to go with the nurse and Brody and they finished with me and took me to recovery.

Brody James Junkin :
September 15, 2010 at 5:58pm at NMMC Tupelo Womens Hospital

3 lbs 3oz 16.75in

Born 9 weeks early at 31 weeks

I had been put on a magnesium IV when I first arrived in the hospital and it was stopped on the next morning. That stuff was awful and d/t to that along with my BP, I wasn't able to see Brody until the next afternoon. He was taken to the NICU shortly after delivery and was placed on CPAP to help keep his lungs open b/c lungs were a little sticky d/t early arrival. The CPAP only stayed on for about 24-48 hours before he was taken off and was on room air.

Seeing Brody for the first time. The sweet nurse took his CPAP off for a minute so I could see his face.

Over the next few weeks, we learned all about premature birth and the NICU. These are two things I wish I didn't know much about, but I do, and wouldn't change any of the above. I know the Lord Jesus brought us to this and brought us through this. Prayers were answered and on Oct. 10 we brought our little miracle home with us!

leaving the hospital

BABY UPDATE

Alot has gone on since the last baby update.. So far everything is going as planned, we went and picked out and ordered baby furniture several weeks ago. It should be arriving in the 3-4 weeks. Here is what it looks like:

We got everything here but the hutch that goes on top of the smaller dresser and we are going to use that dresser as the changing table.

We have also picked out the crib bedding set, I say we, but actually mean I. Jason did help pick out the crib set though. Here is the bedding set:

Here are a few pregnancy updates:

Pregnancy Highlights:

How Far Along: 24 weeks

Size of baby: 9 inches long and about 1.7 lbs. I am wearing some maternity tops and am still able to wear my same size scrubs, but that will be changing soon, as most are getting too tight.

Gender: BOY

Movement: Yes, I started feeling him several weeks ago and each week it is getting stronger and stronger. My weight was the same, urine check was good, Baby Junkin heartbeat was nice and strong...But....My blood pressure was high. I had felt bad and Sunday and Monday and was having terrible headaches so I figured it was up and I was right. Dr. Whittle started me on some meds and told me to take it easy and to return to see him in one week. I started the medication that night and for the next few days I felt terrible, had no energy and just wanted to sleep.

I went back to the doctor on Tuesday June 1st. Blood pressure was much better, I lost 4lbs (which was maybe fluid, unsure really), urine check great, and heartbeat was wonderful.. Baby Junkin was moving around a lot and didn't want to be still so we could hear the heart beat..So ready to be able to feel that movement. Dr. Whittle was very pleased with everything. I have felt much better. He told me to continue taking it easy and to keep check on BP. He wanted to see me again in a week, but he will be out of town for a few days and is booked the first few days he is back so I will go on June 14th for my check up and for the ULTRASOUND! I can't wait, so ready to give this baby a name and start buying stuff!

Pregnancy Highlights:

How Far Along: 17 weeks

Weeks Size of baby: 5 in long and 5 oz.. Baby Junkin is about the size of a turnip

Total Weight Gain/Loss: Lost 4lbs

Maternity Clothes: I can still wear most of my regular clothes, but maternity pants/jeans are much more comfortable. I did buy a few maternity tops b/c they are longer and cover up the maternity pants. I wear mostly scrubs during the day and most of them are big anyways so, so far so good in scrubs.

Gender: Don't know, will find out June 14...Jason says boy for some reason, I really thought girl at first, but have been thinking boy lately, so we will see.

Movement: No :( not yet, but so ready too.. Dr. W said it wouldn't be much longer.

Sleep: No problem sleeping, just CRAZY dreams.

Symptoms: CRAZY dreams, frequent potty breaks, and some heartburn

Best Moment this week: getting to hear the heartbeat at the doctor on Tuesday.

What I am looking forward to: My next appt. on June 14th so we can name this baby and check myself to make sure I am doing okay.. As much as I want everything to be okay with the baby and have a healthy pregnancy I want myself to be okay also.
Just keep me/us in your prayers.

Memorial Day Weekend

On Saturday Jason and I headed to his parents house for some fun in the sun. We had not seen the boys in a while and it is so hard to believe they are growing up so fast.

On Saturday we slept late then headed into Columbus to get Mother Day Gifts then go to the InLaws. We just hung around and enjoyed time with all the family. Saturday night Colin and Heather came over to hang out with us. They are also expecting, she is due on Dec. 2nd. Hard to believe next summer there will be 4 babies at the pool. We told Randy and Denise we were all going to have to pitch in and get a play/swing set for all the kids. The weather was cool out, Bronner and Jeremy were brave and got in the pool for a few minutes, but NOT me!! It was TOO cold. Can't wait for more warm weather days to lay out at the pool and have homemade icecream.

Sunday was Mother's Day so after church we went to my Mothers house for lunch with all the family and Sunday Night we went to the Grill in Columbus for supper with Jason's mom.

Hope everyone had a great weekend. I am going to try to get better at posting my often (we will see how that goes)

Not much going on this weekend, Thursday Night is my "little" cousin Robyn's graduation from dental hygiene school and Friday and Saturday Jason and Drew have a gun show in Jackson so Sayonia and I are also going, we will be shopping all day Saturday. I am in need of maternity clothes, jeans are getting a little snug.

No Pregnancy updates, everything is going great. I have only been sick once and I am now 13 1/2 weeks. My next appt. is 05/25, can't wait!!

Have a great week everyone!

Sorry..It has been forever...

...Lots to tell..Will try to keep short and sweet.. so for our BIG NEWS...

JASON AND I ARE EXPECTING!! We found out on March 1st, was only a few weeks when we found out. I went to doctor on March 30th and had ultrasound, blood work, exam, and all the other fun things that go along with the first visit. I was 7 weeks and 5 days and due date is Nov. 11! We are very excited, I am very nervous also, but guess that is just part of it. I am 10 weeks today. I go back to doctor on April 28. I have felt fine, I did have morning sickness one morning, but that was it. I have been having some problems with my throat and went to the ENT and am having reflux, I am not having indigestion or heartburn, just reflux that I don't know I am having and it has my larynx and all that inflammed and irritated. NO fun, but am just so thankful to be pregnant that I try not to complain.
Keep us in your prayers as we travel down this new path in our lives to becoming parents!

Weekend in Memphis

Since Jason and I weren't able to go to Memphis last week, we made plans to go this weekend. I had a dentist appt. in Aberdeen with Jana and Dr. Richardson. I hadn't been to the dentist in several years and was way past due. I have one cavity and have got to have a crown, which I figured. So anyone who wants to donate to the fund can stop by Bancorp South and deposit money in my account. Haha, JK! Thanks Jana for the great cleaning.

After the dentist me, Jason, Jana, and Michael headed for Memphis. We stayed at the Marriott downtown, which was a great hotel. We got checked in and headed to Beale Street and had supper at Blues City Cafe, which was great, then left there and went to Hard Rock to have dessert. It was raining and we were walking so it made for a quick trip. When I was younger, I thought Beale Street was great, but man was I mistaken. I guess if you lived the party life then its for you, but yuck it was nasty. The place is just a street of emptiness. People are trying to fill a void in their life with drinking and who knows what else, when that is not the answer. Anyways, we then went back to hotel for sleep.

(Jana and I on the trolley headed to Beale Street)

(Jason and I on the trolley)

(Jason and I in front of Hard Rock Cafe)

(Jana and Michael)

Saturday morning we got up and had breakfast and headed to hospital to see Blythe. She was doing very well. She has been through so much and is still a trooper. She is suppose to be moved to Tupelo hospital on Tuesday for rehab. She is looking forward to coming home, but knows she has got to get well first. Thanks to Jana, Michael, and Jason for hanging out at the hospital for several hours while I was able to visit with Blythe. Please keep those prayers coming for her.
We then met up with Chris and Amy for a little shopping then had supper and headed home.
Thanks for a great weekend Jana and Michael, can't wait to plan another weekend getaway.

I want to wish Sarah Catherine a Happy Birthday this Tuesday. We are planning to go out and eat sushi to celebrate.
The kids are off for Spring Break so I am sure we will try to make plans to do something with the youth this week.
Hope everyone has a great week and God Bless.

No Pictures.....

....What kind of blogger am I. We had a great weekend and I forget to bring my camera, not one day, but two. So I will give a quick recap minus the pictures.

On Friday my long time best friend DeAnna came home for the weekend with her little girl Karsyn. Also Jeremy, Nina, and Bronner came home for the weekend. Friday night we all met up at the Roberts in Aberdeen and went to Town and Country and ate supper. We had a great time with everyone and Karsyn was just too cute eating up all kinds of food. Bronner just hung out, bless his heart, he didn't feel real well as he had shots early in the day. After supper we all went back to the Roberts' house and hung out and the girls caught up on things we have been missing out on.
On Saturday Jason and I went to Columbus High and watched Hamilton Jr. High and JV play ball. Jr. high lost, but JV won!! It was such a nice Saturday, I enjoyed being outside so much. Saturday afternoon we went to Jason's parents and met up with Jeremy, Nina, Bronner, Emily, and Jason's parents for an afternoon of grilling and eating steak and shrimp for supper. We tried planning a summer vacation, but it is hard trying to find a time that is good for everyone, might just end up going our own ways, we will just have to see.

Sunday we had a wonderful church service. The Lord is really blessing our church! Sunday night, Jason, myself, Drew, Sayonia, and Andlyn took most of the youth to Winter Jam in Tupelo. IT WAS AWESOME! We left after church and went to the mall for everyone to have lunch then arrived at the Bancorp South Arena for a several hour wait outside before the doors opened. Everyone who performed was great, but none compared to TobyMac and Diverse City, they rocked the house!!! The kids all had a great time.. Look to the youth blog in the upcoming days for some pics.
Jason and I are looking to going to Memphis this weekend. Jana and Michael are going with us.
Please continue to keep Blythe in your prayers, she has made much improvement, but still has a way to go.
DeAnna, I hope Karsyn gets to feeling better and you all stay well!

Hope God blesses each one who reads this the way he is in our lives!! We love snow, but never get it here. It was very short lived, but hey I can't complain.

I would like everyone to remember my cousin Blythe Dillard in your prayers. She was in a car accident 2 weeks ago and has been at the Regional Medical Center in Memphis in the Trauma Unit. She is doing well considering all she has been through. She has had multiple surgeries and still has one of two to go. She is 24 y/o and has a 3 y/o daughter and they both really need our prayers.

Our plans for the weekend were to originally to go to Memphis and see Blythe, but I think we have decided to wait and go next weekend. I have been over weight for some time, well forever, and have finally decided to get SERIOUS about it. Everyday I am telling my patients the importance of weight loss for there health, but how can I do that when I am more overweight than most of my patients and have the same health problems. Emily got a Wii Fit for Christmas, so Jason and I were thinking we would love to get one. Well Jason bought us a Wii about 2 weeks or so ago, and thanks to Mom we got a Wii Fit. I started working out with it on Sunday Jan. 25. I worked out Sun, Mon, Tues, and Wed. I watched what I ate all week, didn't have any fried foods or sweets. On Friday we went to Birmingham to spend the weekend with Jeremy, Nina, and Bronner so I didn't work out and didn't do as well with my eating as I could/should have. I started back Sunday night on the Wii and back watching my calories and I am proud to say that I have LOST 6lbs. YAY!!! I am so proud of myself. Not only for the weight loss, but just knowing that I can and have been excited about this. This is just a tiny step into my life change, but I have to start somewhere. I never even thought that I could exercise like this, within a weeks time I can already run farther without giving out of breath as quick, I also feel LOTS better already and it hasn't even been 2 weeks yet.
I set my goal in weight loss as 15lbs in 1 month, so far so good. Please pray for me and Jason as we continue our quest together.

Nothing much else going on around our world. Jason has been getting all his paper work sent in for his class in June, so hopefully he will be ready to find a teaching job come August. Pray for him as he will be able to complete all the requirements and the Lord will open the door for him somewhere.

I would also like to Praise the Lord for the wonderful church/church family that we have. The Lord has blessed us in many ways and our church is continuing to grow. We have recently paid off our church note in approximately. 5 years and will be having a note burning ceremony this Sunday. Also the youth class is growing and growing. We are averaging around 20-25 in class. We are trying to find a bus/van to accommodate this growing number. My life has truly been blessed in the past several months in watching Jason and the youth interact and me learning as much, if not more at times as the kids. I feel the Lord is working on me as well with these kids. I see myself in so many of them and I just pray I will be able to make a difference in ones life. So many are on the edge and Satan is working so hard in the Youth's life to pull them away, but I pray these kids will be able to stand up against Satan. Pray for Our Youth and their daily struggles also pray for Jason (and myself) as he works with the youth and as I figure out what exactly I need to be doing with some of the kids.

Hope everyone has a great rest of the week. GOD BLESS!!!

We are still here.

Sorry for such the delaying in posting an update, We are still here. I don't even know where to start this update. I guess I will get the worse part out first. Grandma Jaudon went to the be the Lord on Thursday, December 18th around 4:00am. We all knew this was coming, but I can't say that it made it any easier. I got the call early that morning and it was going to be several hours before hospice could arrive and the funeral home was already getting ready to come get Grandma, so they needed someone to take the catheter out and they called me. Mom was just going to let me explain how to do it over the phone, but I told her I would just come do it, WOW! It was hard having to do that, but well worth it in the end. The nurse with hospice was a male and Grandma would not have wanted him to do that to her. Anyways, we had the prettiest service for Grandma, she would have been proud. Her favorite color was purple so all her sons wore purple ties and the preacher wore a purple shirt and tie. Any of the family that had purple also wore it. All the songs were just as she wanted and my cousin Donna even wrote a song for Grandma the day before the service and sang it. Grandma would have been so proud. I guess the jealous part of me still wants her here and still wants to be at church on Sunday mornings and look down from the choir and see her sitting in the crowd so attentive. I catch my self driving home from work on my 1/2 days planning to go over to her house and see her (which is normally what I did). Jason and I was cleaning out the refrigerator the other day and I looked and I have less that 1/2 jar or pear preserves left and started crying b/c it is the last jar of her preserves I will ever have. Sorry, I am getting carried away, just needed to let the feelings out. I just catch myself thinking of something everyday and just crying.

Onto Christmas.
Everything with Christmas went great. We headed over to the river in Aberdeen to my Mawaw and Papaws on Christmas Eve and had a great time with my family, with some more crying moments. Grandma Jaudon always had Christmas Eve with us:( We left there and headed to Millport to Jason's mom and dads house. We also had a great time there. This was little Bronner's first Christmas and he pretty much just slept right through, can't wait till next year when he is into everything. Christmas morning we were at my parents house with my Grandaddy and also had a great time. Then it was over, way to quick I think.

New Years came and went with nothing much going on. Several of the kids from church came over and hang out playing games and xbox. I was ready to be in bed around 11:00, but managed to stay up till 12:00, I am really starting to tell that I am getting older.

On January 1st we went to the Junkin's Christmas in Kennedy AL with Jason's Grandmother and Aunts and Uncles. We had a good time with family there. We had to have it later this year b/c Jason's Aunt Rhonda found out she had colon caner and had surgery the week of Christmas. She is recovering well and the doctors got all of the cancer and she will not have to have any kind of treatments. Praise God, he still answers prayers.
Later that evening we had plans to go over and hang out at Randy and Denise's to spend some time with Jeremy, Nina, and Bronner. While we were there we received a call from the nursing home telling Denise that Aunt Myrtle had passed away. This was such a blessing, she was lonely and couldn't wait until the day she would be with the Lord. She had been in the nursing home for about 5 years and didn't want to be here any longer. She to had a wonderful service. Denise, Nina, and myself had the opportunity to go buy her a dress. She had wrote in her papers that she wanted a blue or pink dress and gold ear rings. Well we found the greatest dress for her that was blue and found some gold ear rings, she looked great in the dress. Aunt Myrtle had wanted Jason to do part of her service and he did a wonderful job, she too would have been proud.

On December 23rd my Great Aunt Rose went into the hospital after going into cardiac arrest. She remained in the hospital with no change until January 2nd when she finally went to be with the Lord. This happening the day after Aunt Myrtle died and just 2 weeks after Grandma died. This was not expected and just so heartbreaking to us all. Aunt Rose was Irish and was just a doll. Most all of the flowers at the funeral home was green and white and lots of people wore green.

This has all been hard on all of our families, but yet it has been a "happy" time. All of these great ladies are with the Lord now, as the bible says, to be absent from the body, is to be present with the Lord. That gives us as Christians the joy in knowing that one day when the Lord is ready for us will also be with the Lord and get to see our loved ones again. That helps me in my grieving in knowing that I will see my family members again.

Sorry for the sad and long post, hopefully no more of this to come. I will also try to start posting at least once of week and that way it want be one long post as this one was. Hope everyone has a wonderful week and God Bless.

Thanksgiving, Anniversary, and Alabama Football

Sorry it has been a while since I have posted. On Thanksgiving 6 years ago, Jason proposed to me at his mom and dads with all the family present. This has been 5/6 wonderful years together, can't wait to see what the next 5 years have in store for us. I posted a picture of us 6 years ago today at my Grandma Jaudon's 90th birthday, which was just 2 days after we got engaged. I also posted a picture from our wedding, sorry it isn't the best on, but all the goods ones are in frames our in our album.

For our anniversary we had planned to go stay at Ross Bridge Spa and Resort in Hoover AL, but with everything going on and it been one of the busiest weekends of the year we decided to put it off for another weekend. So, we went to Little Tokyo, my fave, and had sushi, then went and watched Four Christmases. It was a cute movie, we hadn't been to the movies together in a while, so it was nice

Us on our 5 year Anniversary

Of course, we can't forget about "THE GAME" today. He did have heart cath Sunday in Honolulu and was showed to have a 70% blockage which was able to be corrected with a stent. Praise the Lord!!! I talked with my Mamaw yesterday and they were at the airport waiting on flight back to Maui and said Papaw was great. My mom talked with them last night and they were headed to a Luau, guess nothing is going to slow him down. They should arrive back home on Friday.

Today is my Grandma Jaudon's 96th birthday today. I went lastnight and spent a few hours with her, then Jason and I went over tonight and stayed a little while. I asked if there was anything I could do for her, and she looked up at me and said, "I just want to feel better." This broke my heart, b/c there isn't anything I can do. She will feel better one day soon I pray. So, after a steriod dose pak the discomfort was better, so on their way they went. They were meeting 2 other couples there. Well after a day of chest pain, that has I guess, steadly gotten worse, Papaw has ended up in the Emergency Room in Maui. My Mamaw called mom very upset, glad she has friends there with her. They were hooking him up to monitors and we haven't heard anything yet. It is hard being here and unable to do anything, all we can do is PRAY!

Grandma Jaudon is still not doing well, slept most of the day today. Mom and Aunt Ronda are staying the night, hopefully all will have a good nights rest.

We had planned on going to see Baby Bronner, Nina, and Jeremy today, but decided against it. Jason had to take another part of his praxis II test today and didn't make it home till noon and he was exhausted and just felt very bad, he slept most of the afternoon. I hate we missed Bronner today, but we didn't want to chance going with Jason not feeling well. Plus, it was Alabama home game against Mississippi State, so we would have ran into game day traffic, so our plans are to go next weekend.

Please Pray for Papaw and continue to pray for Grandma Jaudon. Also pray Bronner has a good check up next week, he has been jaundice, but it is improving, so hopefully they will have a good checkup.
Hope you enjoy the pictures.

Tomorrow...We will be Uncle Jason and Aunt Dyana

Bronner will be here sometime tomorrow. Jason and I had an uneventful fun week at home this past week, which was nice. We did go to a couple of Caleb's and several of the youth boys basketball games, which was exciting.

Friday afternoon we decided to go over and see Jeremy and Nina, our last visit with them before baby Bronner. We went and spent a little time at the Galleria. Jason has been wanting to find a teddy bear for Bronner. His Uncle Ronnie gave him one when he was a baby and he still has the bear, which his name is Teddy. Jason has looked online and several places for the "right" bear, but has been unable to find one in his price range. He decided to go to Bulid a Bear and found the "right" one. It is just a simple soft normal looking teddy bear, which he named Teddy.

We then went and had supper at BoneFishGrill. We got there early, so we were able to walk in and have a seat, which was great not having to wait. Supper was AWESOME. We had never been there and it was everything we expected and more. After supper we went to a grocery store named Whole Food. It was the coolest grocery store ever. It was very unusual and organic type foods. They even had a olive bar with like 20 different type of olives, GREATNESS!! Can't wait to go back there!!

Saturday not much went on but football, love college football!!! Went over to Drew and Sayonia's and had take out for supper, we always enjoying spending time with them!!

We do thank the Lord for another month he has given us. We do have a very eventful, exciting, busy month coming up. We will be awaiting the birth of our nephew Bronner, he will be making his entrance between now and the 10th. We are planning our Fall Festivial at church for the 8th. My dad's bday is the 6th, he will be 51, and we do thank the Lord for all he has given us with my father this past year, it has been long and hard for us all, but the LORD never puts more on us than we can handle. Happy Birthday Daddy!! Also it will be my Grandma Jaudon's 96th bdady, if the Lord willing her to have a birthday here with us, she has had a long couple of months, but still hanging in there. I love you Grandma!! Also we have Thanksgiving, Our 5th Anniversary, many JR high Basketball games, and Alabama football games!!!

Sorry no pictures, I forgot my camera at home :(

I will leave with a quote I found online yesterday. I thought it was very fitting with all that has been going on with my Grandma... "If I had never met you, I would not like you. If I did not like you, I would not love you. If I did not love you, I would not miss you. We spent half the day shopping then had lunch at Olive Garden. We got Bronner some cute things, at one point Sarah Catherine said "I am tired of looking at baby stuff." So that tells you what we were actually shopping for, I did actually get one Christmas gift. (Sarah and I being silly on the way home)

(A must have for the young Alabama fan)

(a cute frame that matches Bronner's room)

After getting home Saturday afternoon, Jason and I decided to have supper with Colin and Heather and we had sushi, which is our favorite!! I have no clue how to do this, so be patient while I figure this out. I first started looking at blogs when my sister in law, Nina, started one to update everyone on her pregnancy and it has just gone from there. I don't have much exciting things to write about in our lives, but maybe someone will find it exciting. Not much going our lives these days, just waiting the arrival of our sweet little nephew, Bronner McKee Junkin. We are so excited about this little guy and it just a couple of weeks he will be here. We will be celebrating our 5th wedding anniversary in November, doesn't seem that long ago. We have had some wonderful times together and thank the Lord daily for all he has blessed us with. We still live in Hamilton, Jason is the youth and music director at Hamilton Baptist and I am working as LPN at West Point Medical Clinic. We have Rocky and Bama who keep us entertained. We are praying for gudiance in our lives on when to start a family, we are getting closer, but not there yet.

Hope y'all enjoy reading and maybe I will have something exciting to write about to keep everyone entertained.
